At Eat Better Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your healthy snacks; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on items that are damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Return Process

    If your order is damaged or incorrect, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

    Our quality assurance team will review your claim and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement within 3 business days.

    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once approved, we will either initiate a refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no additional cost.
